Supporting Your Success
Financial planning is more than numbers. It is about aligning your financial life with the things that matter most to you—your values, goals, needs, and concerns.
Where to Begin
“When is it right to hire a financial advisor? What should I look for?”
When to hire a financial advisor:
When you need clarity
Earning significantly more than before, selling a business, having kids or grandkids, changing jobs, or you are expecting to leave or receive an inheritance… these are all common catalysts for bringing on a qualified advisor.
What to Look For:
Personal Fit
Focus on finding an advisor whose values align with yours, who speaks about money in ways you understand, and who listens first in order to understand what is important to you.
What to Look For:
Fiduciary Expertise
Your advisor needs the experience to make sense of your unique situation, and a mastery of the tools required to navigate it well. Ideally the advisor holds the esteemed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation.

About the Charvela Name
Charvela Capital was born from the idea that we could take care of our families by taking care of other peoples’ families… it is a ministry and a vocation all wrapped into one.
When the time came to name the company, the choice was obvious: Combine our kids’ names (Charlotte, Everett, and Ella) to create Charvela.
It’s not important that you remember the name, but we hope you remember the story, and how our name translates into the highest level of service for your family.
